I am a 49 year-old widowed engineer living in the Dayton metropolitan area. My background for the past 25 years has been in the defense industry for the past and I am looking for passive silent investing opportunities that create a consistent flow as I slowly transition from working 40 hours per week to much less. I have just started looking towards this career shift so I am still new to this arena. My assets have mostly come from saving through retirement vehicles. I would probably look for an initial small scale investment to start building a relationship for future opportunities.
